Hi there! I’m Ella. I’ve spent the last couple of years on a professional journey where I completed my Master in Management at a French business school in Paris and London. After finishing my studies I moved to London to work at EY in tax. I moved back home in June of 2025, and now I live in Cape Town and work in the asset management industry. Welcome to the inspiring, growing, and trail-blazing community of She Just Got Going. I began this podcast in May of 2022, as a means to share the journeys of incredible entrepreneurs, circulate their knowledge, and delve deeper into what certain careers entail. However, I also initiated this community as I recognised it could be utilised as a platform that is able to achieve much more than the sharing of others’ journeys.

I hope for it to become a space of like-minded individuals from all over the world, cheering one another on to start their incredible ventures that have been veiled behind fear or procrastination. I hope for this community to champion others to be BOLD. It is no secret that people often disqualify themselves long before they even start, but I believe that since you have navigated your way here, that ends today. So come along, let’s get going!
